My name is Renee Karl from Beacon Falls CT. I am completing my fourth challenge and I've lost a total of 75 pounds. My decision to use YOR Health products has lead to an entire lifestyle change for me. My recovery from a significant car accident in 2012 continues to progress and I'm confident that products have a lot to do with it. In spite of my medical challenges I continue to motivate others and help them begin their lifestyle change by improving their well being by using the YOR Health products. My lifestyle change includes my ability to take Tai Chi, Karate, and keep up with walking approximately 16 miles a week.
I love starting up new walking groups and building the culture.

My Routine is unchanged. I take my probiotic when I wake up followed by my MRP/Fiber(It tastes like a chocolate banana shake.) for breakfast. My lunch is consistent with yogurt or a salad with another wonderful tasting MRP. Dinner is usually a chicken entree and vegetables with my digest ultra. I love my supergreens too! They have replaced my entire soft drink intake.

This challenge was particularly difficult for me because of added responsibilities at home due to my husband being very sick. Given my perseverance and strength I know my next challenge will be filled with momentum as my ultimate goal is to join the 100 pound club, an accomplishment I am determined to make.

My greatest gift is to watch my son grow and thrive. Before taking the YOR Health products the odds greatly stacked against me. I had doubts about everything there was to live for and found myself accepting my fate. I have been repeatedly told by doctors that it was a miracle that I was alive and it drove me to a "I'm not supposed to be here" attitude. I'm currently treating my PTSD and working to develop my supportive skills so I can help others by sharing my story and encouraging others they Can Live!

I'm so thankful every day that I walked through the door of the dojo which led me to my sons karate teacher who brought me to the YOR products. My intention was to provide my husband and son with an outlet that would be beneficial to them. I never dreamed that I would be given the gift of life for myself. Now I can watch my son graduate from kindergarten, high school, and college. I will see him get married and have children of his own. Instead of crying about things I will miss, I now cry tears of joy for what I can see. I don't think of the 8 week challenge as a contest. To me, they are goals to the next level.
