When I began the 8 week challenge I had the goal to tighten and tone in the healthiest way possible. My before photos were an eye opener for me and I felt disheartened at the results of all of my prior hard work. I felt frumpy and self conscious in my skin. My skin looked dull and my eyes were lifeless.
I was training 5-6 times per week and eating relatively healthy. How could my efforts be so unnoticeable? The Challenge was a journey that really has created a new me!
The journey started off with YOR Super Green, Essential Vitamin, Digestive and probiotic. The fibre I inconsistently used and on the days I needed it the Berry Blast was there to save me. I remained committed to the product and my journey and while walking in the mornings along the beach I had my most present moments where I connected with my health. Slowly but surely my values began to shift and I started to think differently about my regime.
My 4 week progressive photographs were my motivation and incentive! I was amazed by the 2.5 kg weight loss with no shift in my training or eating. This is when I switched on and became determined to improve myself everyday. I wanted stronger legs and a stronger back. I was struggling to train my legs more than once per week so I ordered the Repair Enzyme and I am now able to train them 2-3 times per week!
I finished the 8 week challenge training 5-6 days per week with morning fat burning walks. I am able to train my back/shoulders and legs twice per week. I am proud of my growth and definition I have achieved. I am excited about my health and excited about pushing my body to change. I know that the YOR Super Greens and Essential Vitamin have given me the energy I need and curbed any cravings I had. By far my favourite product is the Repair Enzyme though. My skin glows now and my muscles have grown.
I may not have achieved the weight I wanted but my health and muscle growth was truly worth it! I am much happier and feel confident in baring my skin. I looked forward to showing myself off in the final photos and was able to just have FUN taking them! I could not appreciate the opportunity more to redefine who I am and be proud of myself. I look for no reassurance in my changes as I can feel them from the inside out. My journey was empowering.
