my names Alicia
I'm 22 year old from Melbourne Victoria :)

I used the go green set for my challenge because I felt that would be the best one for me. I loved because it was able to kick start my guts and really get the ball rolling with my health and my energy levels and to be able to reach my desired toned and sculpt look that I wanted.

After going through a rough time in my life my self esteem and just over-all view of myself was really low.
I found myself unmotivated and uncaring of my health
So for me the challenge meant more than just improving my health, it was also to prove to myself that I can set my mind to something and complete it, that I could do this. and learn that I deserve great health, to feel and look great too!
Completing this challenge I was able to do just that.
I actually feel proud of myself!
I didn't think that committing to something like "best body challenge" could change my life and the way I viewed things but it has.....deffinetly.

I was taking
* vitamins twice daily
* super greens, fiber & berry blast together daily
* Probiotics x 1
* digest ultra 2-3 times daily
I found it easy to stick to when I had managed to set up a routine, the pill case made it easier to always have tablets on me if I did end up going out or wasn't at home.

With exercise I didn't go mad or to the gym twice everyday. I worked my way up to an average of 3-4 days a week of actual gym training. It was easy and maintainable more than I ever realized , the more I did the better I got of finding new exercises or other activities to work out in.I found going with friends and group most helpful and the most beneficial to me, but I did learn to have the motivation to go and train myself and to work for my results.

my goal weight that I wanted to reach in this challenge was 55 kg which I was when I was training in my teens I wanted to get back to that size and fitness like I was when I was training. I managed to get down to 55.5 kg from my starting weight of 58.5. I'm very happy!

I also measured my sizes to see at the end of the challenge how much my size had truly changed.
In the end I lost 5cm on my chest, 4cm in my waist and 3cm on my hips. It was surprising to see the difference but I guess I did feel so much better with the results I achieved.

Looking back now to the way I felt and was just two months ago I cant believe how much different I feel and am now.
best body challenge.....best decision :)
