I'm always been passionate about fitness and any sport activity, but is just in the
last few years that I've really began to understand the importance of nutrition
and digestive health and how closely related they are to my performance and
how this can affect all aspects of my life. I used to think that my health was
already at its best, and that I couldn't get any healthier but it was just because
I didn't know any better. Since I've been introduced to Yor Health and its
revolutionary products my understanding and interest on the topic of digestive
health and alkalinity has skyrocketed, realizing all the health benefits I could
achieve by using the products. I've been using the full range of Yor Health
products since November and I never felt so alive; when I found out that I could
have a chance to win $1000, I already loved the products and I decided to jump
on the 8 week challenge.
My weight when I started the challenge was 70kg and 8.8% body fat; I was
already pretty lean my goal was to keep my muscle mass while dropping
2% body fat. To get to my goal, I've been training 7 days a week, eating lean
and dropping my carbohydrate intake but most important I've using all the
products religiously and doubling up on the Supergreens and the Repair Ultra
which really helped me to recover faster and train every day to my highest
performance. What surprised me the most is how much energy I had even
during the last weeks of the challenge when I was depleting myself to reach
the desired body fat percentage, always on my A game. I've never had to
be particularly strict on my diet or followed a particular training plan to a
predetermined goal. Participating in the challenge showed me how much more
fun is to train when having a goal to achieve and how much easier is to find the
motivation to go hard and keep going over the normal limits. I just finished the
challenge and already put myself in a new fitness goal to bulk up and get ready
for my next 8 week challenge!
