Before I started the challenge I was a skeptic. I've heard about and seen many product and programs that say they can help you get into shape but I just thought they were all money hungry and the products were not good for you.

I have a eurotrip planned this summer and I wanted to get into the best shape possible for it. A previous challenger and friend told me about it and put most of my questions at ease. So I decided to give it a go and commit for 8 weeks to see what it can do me - and the result surpassed what I thought I could have gained from it!

My friend told me to write down what my goal was so I can be motivated.to work for it in the challenge. I decided I wanted to tone up and work on flexibility. I used to do gymnastics and I missed the days of easily doing a back bend and not having tight hamstrings. My goal wasn't so much to lose any weight, I'm quote happy with my current weight, but it was more so to get some lean muscle and tone up.

At first i was a bit inconsistent with the products I was taking, but as soon as I got on the right direction from my friend and other challengers i began to see a great difference. Within the second week I began to feel way more energetic than I'd felt in felt in a while! The funnest part was being able to join with other challengers in fitness events and have fun working out!

I started doing yoga classes to work on my flexibility and even tried aerial yoga and got hooked! I started to work out at least 5x a week and by the middle of the challenge I noticed the real changes in my body, my attitude, my energy, and my commitment. I knew this was something I wanted to keep going even beyond the 8 weeks.

When i started the challenge I thought I was going to have to do it alone. But I got the chance to meet new friends that helped motivate and support me with the challenge events they held. I got to meet new friends in NY and CT that are also in the challenge and keep each other in the zone.

Now that iv completed my 8 weeks I'm happy to say I feel and look great! I've gained my flexibility and strength back better than it was before. And I'm even able to stretch so far and put my head between my legs! Which was a former of flexibility I was not able to do before.

I'm very happy with my results and will definitely be doing it again along with encouraging my friends and family along.

Now I feel confident and secure to walk on the beach in a bikini and take my eurotrip head on!
