My weight struggles have been the constant strain and stress of my life. I played the game my whole life, of losing and then gaining and then losing again. I've tried many things throughout my struggles to lose weight.
I believe that previously that when I lost my weight I would do it for the wrong reasons. I also gained it back because I never found anything that was a lifestyle that I could stick to. I never had the community or the support that I've found now.
At the beginning of the challenge I couldn't believe where I was looking at the number on the scale. I started at 228 pounds. I felt hopeless as I've been through this before. I lost weight but then gained it all back again.
Being apart of the challenge has turned things around. I know that I am in control and not only what goes into my body effects my weight, but also my mind and what I tell myself. Seeing how brave everyone has been by posting their journey was something that kept me going. Even if I had a 'bad eating' day I would look at the pictures online and got right back on board.
It's been a fun part of my life and now I am on the right track and feeling better than I have ever felt in my life. Throughout the challenge I lose a total of 7 pounds. My goal was to lose 15 but I am feeling better and stronger and know that I have lost inches as well. I have increased my weights at the gym and one of the biggest things I have been able to do is box jump the second biggest box at 24" where at the beginning of the year I could barely do the 18" box. I feel very proud of my accomplishments and know that there is only up(well down on the scale) to go from here.
I use most of the products on a daily basis. I have 2-3 MRPs a day. 1-2 Supergreens. I take my repair and probiotics everynight before bed and my 6 vitamins. I also take my digest ultra with all my meals.
I love and am honored to be apart of the best body challenge. It's a great way to get healthier with friends and family and can't wait to see the results for the next challenge!
