Before i started the 8 week challenge i was sitting on 95 kilos and managed to lose weight and drop to 84.6 kilos thats when i started the 8 week challenge officially, and within these 8 weeks i have managed to lose more weight and tone up a bit at the same time and managed to finish up on 79.4 kilos
The products i took to get to my final weight was, SUPER GREENS, FIBRE, PROBIOTICS, REPAIR, VITAMINS, DIGEST ULTRA and BERRY BLAST to crave the sugar cravings which all helped get me to my final weight.
I took the products religiously every day. i would start in the morning with SUPERGREENS, FIBRE and sometimes BERRY BLAST together. Then i would have the DIGEST ULTRA and a VITAMIN then for dinner i would have another DIGEST ULTRA and a VITAMIN then before i went to bed i would have REPAIR and PROBITOCS.
So with exercise, i couldn't as i had injured my knee playing soccer in december, i tore my ACL and damaged my MENISCUS so i couldn't train or run and i also had my operation on the 26th March so iv been resting and sitting down until now. So iv only been doing push ups whenever i can using benches at home, the sink in the toilet and the bath tub to be in different angles to work different muscles on the top half of my body.
Being on this 8 week challenge has impacted on my life a lot, starting off with losing weight and still losing it, it has brought my body back into balance and i can't say i have ever felt this good in forever. also taking into consideration i haven't been able to to do any type of cardio iv managed to shed off the kilos and it has also helped me get into the good habit of eating well and incorporating a healthy well balanced diet. im more happier during the day, i feel more energetic i don't wake up feeling like somethings drained the life and energy out of me it has also helped with my mild anxiety i suffer from since taking the products i haven't had any type of anxiety attacks which for me is really good. All in all the products have become a part of my life now that i am very grateful for as i have tried so many things out there that just would not work nor it would make feel as good as i feel now and i highly recommend it to everyone and anyone. If money is a issue then putting aside money for the products is a great investment into your body and is something that should not be overlooked.
