Before I started taking the products, I always felt bloated, was low in energy, and always had that "food coma" feeling after eating big meals.
While breastfeeding, I had tried to lose weight by eating healthy and exercising, but I found it hard to follow and stick to strict healthy eating. Having a newborn and having to be up all hours of the night was very tiring and I was finding it hard to actually eat small regular meals so found instead of maintain my weight I was gaining some weight, feeling extremely unhappy with myself, my clothes were't fitting properly which made me feel even worse. I hated feeling ashamed of the way i looked, i hated feeling "ugly", I hated always being tired and taking a nap after I had eaten a big meal.
Luckily I was introduced to these amazing products by one of my good friends and have never felt better! I started off with a go green set to help kick start the detox and get rid of the waste I had sitting there in my stomach. A few weeks into the challenge, I decided I wanted to lose weight a little quicker, so I bought the Meal replacement to help. Altho i found it hard at the start to get used to replacing a meal, i found it helped a lot with my weight loss journey. I took the products religiously without a doubt, and luckily enough if i ever forgot to take my night ones, my wonderful partner would remind me!
At the beginning of my 8 week challenge I was exercising at least 6-8 hours a week but then slowly fell off the bandwagon as i had assignments to complete for uni. Half way through I decided to pick up my game again and tried exercising regularly but unfortunately that didn't last long.
Considering Throughout the 8 weeks i didn't exercise regularly, one thing I did stick to was healthy eating. I won't lie, I did have a few cheeky days where I ate something naughty but always made sure I would take my products with it. I started off at 58 kg and managed to lose 5 kg, so am now sitting at 53kg. Altho my goal was to lose 10kg I am more than happy with the 5kg that I lost!
Taking part in this challenge has changed my life in a positive way. I don't see trying to lose weight as a struggle anymore, because I now know I can get results, unlike before taking these products I never thought 5kg was possible. Given that I'm still not where I want to be, I feel so much happier with myself, I look and feel great and have so much more energy! Best part is my family and friends have noticed the difference and compliment on how good I look! I'm so glad I started taking the products! :)
