I joined the 8-week challenge when i told myself i need to fight the blues this past winter gave me. I was sick on and off between october and february. I stopped teaching Zumba for a few months and as a result i gained weight. This winter made me lose confidence and motivation to stay fit. The stress at my 9-5 job made me lazy...even to go to my dance rehearsals. One day after a trip to the ER due to a fall on ice i suddenly had my "aha" moment...i told myself to " stop making excuses and blaming everything ! Get up and get yourself back!"
I then posted on social media saying I'm going to do some changes to get rid of the winter blues. I will go back to dance and slowly start getting the body i once had before the winter. But being in the 40s, my body doesn't work the same as when i was in my 20s. A good friend of mine messaged me to watch a video that might help me get started w the transformation.
The video was convincing but i was still skeptical about it probably because i want to see more proof that it works for anybody not just "the actors" in the video. So i go to work mentioned about it to my coworker...he told me he tried the products and his sister and her boyfriend are big on using and promoting the products. He showed me his sister's transformation photos and with more assurance from him about the products finally convinced me to call my friend to tell her I'm going to go ahead and join the challenge.
I didn't buy the most expensive kit but im glad i joined the challenge. In the first few days i already felt different. The support i got from my friend who introduced me to the challenge was wonderful. The regimen was easy to follow. The mrp and supergreens tasted good that i actually thought the chocolate one is unbelievably sinfully delicious. Im not a vanilla fan but i actually love the vanilla mrp too. The ultra digest worked wonders, i don't get anymore heartburns. The challenge also changed my eating habits and decision what to eat and to take care of my body better.
I didn't lose the max weight i wanted as a goal but i did get slim. My friends and coworkers noticed the transformation and i gained my energy and confidence back. I am so motivated to do more challenges in the near future to achieve and get my best body for the summer and forever! I feel great that the YOR Health 8-week challenge help me start my transformation. Now when people ask me what did i do & if they can do the same ...i gladly tell them about the challenge & to join the challenge! No more excuses if you want results!
