I was working about 70 hours a week at my full time job and did not have a lot of time to commit to going to the gym. I work in retail and the hours vary depending on the flow of business so I must work accordingly. My health was not great and I weight a malnourished 168 lbs. (76.2kg.) trying to find something to give me more energy. YOR Health was just what I needed.
YOR Health products gave me the opportunity to get perfect nutrition conveniently and on whatever kind of crazy schedule I had. It takes all of the guess work out of meal preparation and saves time. This was very important for me, considering I did not have much time. I didn’t really have much time to even go to the gym!
While I was doing the 8 week challenge I used the YOR SuperGreens daily and the MRPs when I did not have time to eat meals, which was often. They we delicious too! The SuperGreens helped keep my body alkaline which was great because I usually drank some coffee in the morning and early afternoon. The digestive enzymes helped me get all the nutrients from the food that I did eat. I had to make some meals in advance and I would make some salads. These enzymes made it easier for my body to process and break down the food leaving me with more energy because of the nutrients that my body was now getting.
As my challenge progressed and I started to get more done at work and not have to stay as much or late. I haven’t had to work as many hours, which is great. I have had time to go to the gym one or twice a week and use the YOR Repair Ultra before and after so I can get right back into it the next day without being sore.
Now, I am working about 50 hours a week and feel a lot better. I have more energy and can accomplish more at work and in the gym. My health is important to me so being a part of the 8 week challenge has been such a blessing. Oh, and I look a lot better too.
