I joined the YOR Health Family about a year ago and started a challenge right away. I had spectacular results! So much better than I could have ever dreamed, really defining my belief in this company. I was astonished at the changes I was seeing in my body as well as in my mood, energy, and positivity.
Yet about two weeks into my first challenge I severely dislocated my knee during the state playoffs for my high school basketball team and that laid me off for the rest of that challenge.
About two months later, I believed myself to have recovered enough to resume working out again and starting another challenge, but quickly realized I was wrong about my recovery.
So I began physical therapy to rebuild my knee, but had no idea it would take so long. But thankfully I had YOR Repair Ultra, which I believe played a huge role in aiding in my recovery.
After about 6 months I was fully recovered and ready to go and I couldn't wait to finish a challenge for the first time after getting off to such a great start in my first challenge when I first joined YOR Health.
The immediate change I saw after starting up my full product regime and workout routine was amazing!
YOR Health products leave such a visible effect on your body, which I love, but one of my favorite things about the product line is the feeling in my inner body that I get, especially after a cold glass of Super Greens.
Things were looking great for me as I was approaching week 7 without incident until I had to have my wisdom teeth removed and that put me in bed for another couple of days.
But thanks to the fast acting products, I was able to catch up to my pre-surgery progress before my challenge ended. So I can officially can say I have completed the YOR Best Body Challenge!! Which is a great achievement for me after battling with injury for most of this year.
I cannot wait to start my next challenge and see how I can further my profess in health and wellness with this amazing company, product, and community.
Here is how I used my products:
Wake up-Probiotics, Completeburn, Vitamin
On the way to school- Supergreens
Lunch-Digest Ultra and Complete Burn
Before workout-Berry Blast and Muscle Fusion
After Workout- Chocolate Peanut Butter MRP
Bed- 4 Repair Ultras and a Digest Ultra
My workout routine was a 3 day Routine of:
Monday- Biceps and Back
Wednesday-Chest and Triceps
Friday- Legs and Abs
Tuesday, Thursday, and Sunday I would go for a 1 or 2 mile jog.
I couldn't be happier by the mental, physical, and spiritual change I have had with these products and this challenge. I am truly blessed to be involved with such amazing people.
