Hello everyone, my name is Monique Lucila. I am just an average girl and like anyone else struggling to lose weight, I have always been self-conscious about my body. I was constantly teased for being “chubby” throughout my life. My junior year in high school I gained 20 pounds, weighing in at almost 150 and for my height at 5’3” that was not healthy. I tried to lose the weight by eating less and doing fad diets for quick results but the weight just kept coming back. Not too long ago, my freshman year in college, I finally dropped the weight and went down to 135. However, I still was not satisfied with how my body looked and my eating habits were very poor.

I was not a big believer in diet products until I discovered YOR Health. A friend from class invited me over to one of her taste parties and I had no idea what to expect but I decided to go and see what it was about. I came open-minded and I was very glad that she approached me about this diet plan. YOR Health has truly changed my life. I am now at the lowest weight I have ever been in years. I started the challenge weighing 135 and ended it weighing 122 pounds. With dedication and determination I lost a total of 13 pounds and slimmed down from a size 28 to a size 26 in jeans and it feels amazing. I am in love with the results I was able to achieve in just 8 weeks.

The YOR Health products that I used to get to my final weight were the digestive ultra pills and the chocolate and vanilla MRP. (Vanilla is my favorite!) For breakfast (8 A.M.), I would have an MRP and a healthy snack like a banana if I get hungry between that time and lunch. For lunch I would take my digestive ultra with my food, a snack in between lunch and dinner, and at dinner (7 P.M.) I would shake up another MRP. With only using two of the YOR Health products and getting noticeable results, I was convinced that these products really do work.

Exercise played a major factor in helping me lose the weight and keeping it off. I noticed results within the first 2 weeks of using the YOR Health products and with just little exercise. I started going to the gym a lot more after I realized I was losing weight. My third week and on, I went to the gym regularly 4-6 days a week. My exercises usually consisted of weight-training and cardio. I definitely see the difference in myself now compared to the first day I started this challenge. Looking at my before and after pictures even shocks me!
This challenge has definitely made a positive impact on my life, physically and mentally. I have acquired better self-control, improved knowledge on healthy eating and exercise, and I have developed self-confidence in myself and the way I look. I did not know I was capable in losing this much weight in only 8 weeks. The things you can accomplish when you are motivated and determined are very rewarding. I am dedicated to living a healthy lifestyle even after this challenge and it is all thanks to YOR Health. I could not have done this without the help and support of my friends, family, and of course my YOR Health team. Thanks to all!
