Hello everyone in YOR Health my name is Carmelina Sanchez and I am 18 years old. I just want to say that YOR Health has transformed my health and life.
While growing up I always struggled with my weight and eating healthy before I started the challenge I was 140 lbs and being 4'11 ft didn't help at all. With my daily activities I couldn't follow a strict diet or stick to it.When I was that weight I couldn't do activities for long time of periods, I would get tired easily even when I would go up the stairs at my school and job when I always reached the top I'll be out of breath. I would skip meals because I wasn't hungry or I ate junk food to replace those meals to keep me "full".
Other times I would try to be health and get fit but I just didn't have that motivation to continue doing it or I'll just give up and go back to my old routines which including unnecessary gaining weight and being lazy at home. When I started the challenge it kept me focus on my goal to become fit,seeing and meeting other people who wanted the same thing just motivated me to the 8 week challenge even more. Even though I didn't reach my goal of loosing 15 lbs I very happy that I lost 10 lbs because it made me want to be doing what I'm doing to keep getting fit and being healthy. I can look myself in the mirror and be happy of what I see looking back at me.
I would start off my day eating breakfast at 6:30 am and then having my YOR Digestive Enzymes and YOR Essential Vitamin,at 8 am I would drink my YOR Berry Blast to get energy throughout the school day and work. At 11 am I would drink a Chocolate MRP which is my favorite flavor. Later on around 1 pm I would have a snack and when it 3 pm I would drink another MRP. Dinner time at 6 pm I would have something healthy and drink my YOR Digestive Enzymes and YOR Essential Vitamin. Before going to bed around 9 pm I would drink another MRP but I'll mix it with YOR Supergreens and my YOR Probiotics.Since I joined the Challenge I could see the difference in my cloths and see it in my skin,hair,and even my nails. I feel much better all thanks to YOR Health. Now I can't wait until I start my next 8 week challenge and see my after pictures and help everyone get health and fit not just for the summer but all year around!!!
