I started the challenge not really knowing what I was getting into or what to expect. I used the sculpt set and when it arrived, all of the products were a bit overwhelming! With a little time and my husband's help, I was able to figure out what worked best for my body.
I had an MRP shake together with Supergreens for breakfast everyday. Using a food scale I measured out my lunches and dinners each day. I learned that what I thought was a portion was actually 2-3 servings of food! To keep away the hunger I would snack on fruit in the morning and usually had an MRP shake for an afternoon snack.
Having always had digestion issues, I was skeptical of the probiotics pill and the digestion pill. However, they have made a big difference! I'm more regular and I don't have that bloated feeling after eating. I even make sure to take my digestion pill when I have my cheat meal on Sundays. It really helps my body to absorb what is needed and get rid of the rest.
While doing the challenge I worked out 5 days a week. Let me tell you....this is A LOT! It was pretty time consuming to do weight training that many days a week but I know those kind of workouts are what really burn fat. This would help me reach my goal of toning up and losing the fat. Also, I am so much stronger than I have ever been! Before workouts I would drink YOR muscle energy and take a Berry Blast if I felt tired. At night I would take my muscle recovery pill.
Overall I am pleased with the results. I have actually only lost 5 lbs, but I have lost inches from my arms, hips, chest, thighs, and waist. The clothes don't lie! Recently I have been wearing jeans from the BOTTOM of my closet. You know, the ones you keep just in case you can fit into them again one day. It's a great feeling to put those on again! I'm looking forward to doing another challenge because using YOR products isn't just a diet. Doing the challenge has proven to me that using these products can easily become a way of life - a healthy life!
