I always have short, medium, and long-term goals. They constantly change due to my heavy and chaotic work schedule working with our troops as a contractor in support of our troops overseas. Writing them down helps me focus and gain some type of stability as far as where I am with them. They are very specific goals like weight, body fat, health/well-being, and overall lifestyle goals. The reason why I joined the YOR Best Body Challenge is because I wanted to get back in a healthy and physically fit state of mind
When I first started using YOR Health products I was weighing 168 lbs. Later, I’d say about 2 weeks, I started YOR Health body challenge weighing 165lbs, I have lost more inches than pounds but I have lost 5 pounds already. I am routinely using all of the products provided to me by the company. My routine is as follows, I wake up every week day between 4:30-5 am by 6:30 am I have already taken the probiotics, repair and complete burn. Depending on the day if I miss breakfast I take the chocolate or vanilla shake mixed with the greens and fiber plus and finally the two vitamins. During lunch time, which is 12-1pm, I normally take two vitamins and complete burn. Later on at 4-4:30pm I take the last complete burn and 6oz of muscle energy. I work out daily from 5:30 pm to around 7-7:30pm and once I am finished working out I take another 6oz of muscle energy. Finally for dinner I take the digest ultra and my last 2 vitamins. Before going to bed I take the last repair pill. Of course when I am feeling with less energy I drink the berry blast.
When I first started the challenge it was difficult for me to work out because as I mentioned before time was not on my side and my work schedule was not easily adjustable. I have managed to make time to get the workout in the evenings. I can honestly say that I started working out heavily the last 4 weeks of the challenge. Although throughout the whole challenge I have noticed positive results, the last 4 weeks I have felt them and noticed them even more.
This has been a great challenge, which I have to admit seemed at times difficult and could not be reached. But never the less it has been challenging and rewarding. I can only do my best to continue to improve and also pass the same message to my family, friends and others that want to make a change to a healthy lifestyle as I did.
