After my good friend Mike Petersen told me all about his secret weapon YOR health, I was excited but was kind of expecting it to just help me lose a little more fat by improving the nutrients that would be added to my diet. I had NO IDEA just how much that not only my body benefited but how much my MIND felt more clear and healthy. I literally feel like I'm operating at a high frequency and at optimum levels when working out and going through the day from the moment I swig my greens and fibre when I wake up.
Part of the reason I was so willing to go ahead with this was because I work EVERY DAY, 10-12 hours a day in Denmark, flying back and forth from England and wanted to try to stay as healthy as possible whilst working a tough schedule and mainting my 5 day a week power bodybuilding routine. My energy levels were higher and consistently stayed that way through the day. I am writing this on the last day of the cycle and can honestly say I haven't even had as much as a headache or the hint of feeling any cold coming on. Primed and healthy ever since I began, all 8 weeks, with only 1 day off work.
I took a scoop of greens with two scoops of fibre upon waking up combined with a packet of YOR MRP Chocolate Protein and WOW, what an incredible taste, better than any protein shake I've ever had. It tastes kind of like a milkshake but without the sickly guilty feeling. This would instantly give me a kick and get me out of that sleepy tired state and noticably more alert than usual. I would then take 3 YOR multivitamin with 2 digestive enzymes with both my pre-workout and post-workout meals of the day, the vitamin just before the meal and the enzyme during. It wasn't long into the cycle I stopped craving snacks after meals and no longer got that 'bloated belly' as we often get. With the IMMENSE Berry Blast, if I wasn't taking it along with my morning combination I would sometimes use it as a pre-workout kick as it tastes damn gorgeous on it's own. (I'd also like to point out the super powers of this and the greens as a hangover cure ;) ). Finally I would take 2 YOR Repair with the Probiotics before bed. My recovery noticably improved, especially from leg day and I just love how the Probiotics works with the Fibre as a cleaning mechanism the next morning.
One of my favourite aspects of using YOR health supplements is that I could knock up a shake in about 15 seconds and can travel anywhere with it. Such ease of use.
I aimed to pack on some lean muscle from this, aiming at more than I should realistically expect, yet I look physically better, definition wise and bodyfat wise than I did when I started, whilst almost staying the same weight, proving a healthy progressive change has been made with losing some unwanted fat and revealing that lean muscle. I have also been progressing with how much I'm lifting on numerous exercises. Perhaps down to the fact I'm now getting 100% nutrition from my meals and that acid isn't killing it like it normally would.
I literally get excited everytime I use the supplements and can't wait to continue the full cycle as often as I can as it is THE most beneficial supplements and addition to my diet I have EVER used in all my years of using all the common hearsay fads. My health and my mind have improved from this proven nutrition system. There is nothing else like it! The UK needs to get switched on to this.
