Where do I begin?!

This 8 week best body challenge has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my life! I started the challenge weighing 93 kg. My big goal was to lose 4kg of body fat, put on some muscle but most of all I wanted more health and energy throughout my day!

Growing up in a sporting family I was always surrounded by hard training and competition. I was no stranger to the gym and from a young age my parents taught me the importance of a good training routine. However, I was never taught the importance of good nutrition! I always had to train harder because I had poor nutrition and with this came many health issues!

I had really bad insomnia, relying on sleeping tablets and caffeine stimulants to regulate my sleeping patterns, I suffered from anxiety and depression and never had any energy without caffeine. I also suffered from constant migraines which I recently learned was due to a very acidic lifestyle!

The first time I tried the YOR Health products I was truly amazed at the difference it made in my health, my body, my strength, no more headaches, I was happier and I even started to sleep properly! I noticed the difference within a week which made me very excited to not only share the products with my friends and family but also to begin my recent 8 week challenge!

Throughout my challenge I aimed to train about 4-5 times a week. I also focused on eating 3-4 healthy meals a day. I would take 3 YOR Multivitamins along with one YOR probiotic tablet in the morning along with my 'Super blast shake' which consisted of a scoop of YOR Supergreens, a sachet of YOR Berry Blast and a scoop of YOR Fibre mixed together with some water. I would take one YOR Digest ultra before breakfast and dinner and have a YOR MRP shake with a YOR Repair Ultra after my workout.

This product regime helped me get the maximum nutrition out of my food and gave me the energy I needed to work out in the gym. My sleeping pattern was back to normal, I didn't experience any headaches, I woke up every day with energy and happiness and most of all I lost 3 kg of weight and also gained the body of my dreams!
