Joining the YORhealth 8 Week challenge was the best decision I have ever made. I chose to do this not because of the generous prize but because I know that the products work without exercise so my curiosity led me to think "if this is working without exercise... imagine what it would be like if I incorporated exercise into my life".

Being Tall and Skinny to the eyes of the norm, people automatically think that I don't need to 'work out', I always heard "why are you doing a challenge? you don't need to work out, you're already skinny" Being a part of this is not only an experience, it is a lifestyle change for the better. I have never been active or eaten healthy because I am fortunate not to gain weight, but I knew the foods I was eating wasn't going to do me any good in the long run.

Never being active meant that I was unfit, prior to this I had never stepped foot in a gym or let alone lifted weights. I had never tried any sort of supplements before this because I never thought I had needed it and surely enough I was wrong. In the beginning it was a tough struggle to stick to healthy eating and attempting to exercise was a constant battle between my love for food and not wanting to be unhealthy. To sit down and really think about what I wanted out of my experience was very easy, the main goal for me was to turn my body fat into lean muscle and lose a couple of kilos.

My daily routine consisted of 6 small meals daily adding up to an intake of calories fit for my goals, this was supported by daily intake of YOR Health products, which included Probiotics, Multivitamins, SuperGreens, Berry Blast, Fiber Plus, Vanilla/Chocolate MRP and Repair Ultra. With exercise of 30 minutes of cardio and 30 minutes of weight training and one rest day per week. Using all the products available meant that they were working hand in hand with each other and my body reacted positively. Not only is this a benefit for looking good on the outside but I strongly believe I am now healthy on the inside. I know that maintaining inner health is crucial now living in a world where the nutrients in our food isn't as beneficial but being surrounded with positive people, aka yorhealth reps with the products I have gained health knowledge I never knew. I am no expert but I admit that I've learnt so much about my body in so little time span and I thank YORhealth for that.

In my journey I have gained mental toughness which has given me the strength to persevere towards my final goal. I am confident in saying that the Yorhealth products have supported me in my achievements and am proud to say I am not done here. The simple combination of Yorhealth products, healthy eating and exercise were the basic steps to impact my life immensely and I encourage everyone to make a positive change that you won't regret.
