One year ago I was introduced to YOR health through a good friend of mine. First I was very skeptical about the product line because I never tried something like this before but I wanted to give it a try. In my first month I saw tremendous results in my weight, energy and digestive system.
My whole life I faced digestive problems. At one point I just accepted that I had to live with severe spastic colon. I just got used to the abdomen pains after eating. At some points I was in so much pain that I was crawling on the floor. I went to the hospital for a check up and they did some painful tests. The doctor told me I had severe spastic colon and you just have to deal with it. I got some medicines for the moment I was in heavy pain and that it was.
On that same moment I met Bas Gill and he introduced me to the YOR Health product line. My whole life changed. Bas has a huge passion for health, food and sports and he made me excited by sharing this and supporting him.
I also started to workout in the gym, something I have never done before! I'm working out three times a week with my personal trainer, because I need someone who is pushing and motivating me. It really helps me to get into my dream body.
I have also changed my eat habits. I started eating more fruits and veggies and almost cut all meat out of my schedule. I'm trying to eat less bread, potatoes and pasta and I stopped drinking soda. Instead I drink a lot of water and herb tea.I used daily the MRP/Supergreens/Repair/Fiber/Probiotics and Berry Blast. It's easy in use and tasted great.
Today, my energy levels has increased a lot. I go to the bathroom once or twice a day. Prior to YOR health I went only twice a week! My intestinal pain is gone and I can see how my body is changing into a better version of me.
These last 8 weeks were though, but it is definitely fun to do and working towards your goal with the support of an awesome group of people makes it easier.
