Hello! I'm Elizabeth and this is my story. I have been on this up and down spiral road with my weight since I had my first born. I was a young mother who had to not only be a wife but a full time career woman and student as well. Life was tough and my health and weight was never my priority. I have always strived to put my family's need ahead of mines. In the last 15 years I have not only succeeded in meeting the demands of my little family but I also have gained the most weight and I noticed the toll I had done to my body as well. A few years ago I lost my father to a sudden aneurysm and following his death we lost my fathers brother to a failing heart condition. They were both only in their early 50's. I always knew my family had a history of heart problems but this really changed my health habits. I knew I had to get back into shape not only for myself but for my family.

My sister had introduced me to this company and I'm glad that she did. I'm a very sceptic person when it comes to fad diets. I have tried it all and I was tired of spending hundreds of money for something that didn't work. I work in the pharmacy industry and know how harmful prescription weight loss medication are and have opted to not go that route. I decided to take on a journey of learning how to eat right and Yor health has helped me achieve that goal. Yor health has not only given me the confidence to achieve a healthy life style but it has also given me the motivation to steer forward towards my goal of a healthier me.

I started this challenge weighing in at my heaviest of 188lbs. I am happy to say that do date I am 173lbs. I am amazed. I have never been able to lose this much weight and keep it off! The best part was how easy it was. My days start before the sunrises and it's go, go, go! It's tough to find time eat healthy but I knew I had to make the time. Each morning I wake up and take 1 Probiotic, 2 Complete Burn and 1 Repair. I then have for breakfast a MRP with the Fiber and Supergreen. During lunch I would have a regular meal with 3 Vitamins and 1 Digest Ultra. Then for dinner I would have another MRP mixed with the Fiber and Supergreen. I would also take 3 Vitamins and 1 Digest Ultra as well and before bedtime I would take 1 Probiotic. I also know that i needed to start exercising and making time for it so I started walking 6 days a week as well. I started off only able to walk 2.5 miles a day but now I am able to walk 10 miles a day. I still have my daily juggles of being a super mom but Thank you Yor Health for helping me take that step forward to a healthier me.
