Firstly hello, thank you and welcome to everyone apart of this company and those of you starting!
Annaleise here from Melbourne Australia :) I have just recently turned 21 and could not have wished to be feeling and looking any better for it!! I started this challenge at 64kg with a goal of achieving 58kg that of which i got down to 60kg but managed to stack on a fair bit of muscle instead, something I struggled to do if I wanted to slim down and become leaner in the past. All that frustration and days left wondering why I wasn't seeing results are now gone! and it feels way to good to be real I can not wait to continue this journey to a better me each and every day.

During the 8WBBC I made sure I stuck to using the products daily as i knew it was going to give me the best results possible.
Starting with a Superblast (super greens and berry blast) in the morning mixed with the fibre, which I often also mixed with an MRP, yum! Definitely helped with the cravings and gave me the best start to my day followed by two vitamins. I would then have a digest with any of my bigger or cooked meals throughout the day and if i just felt like i needed something more i would have another MRP and some vitamins. Before bed each night I would have a probiotics and two repairs I found this helped me sleep so much better as well as increase my recovery and it was as simple as that. I did that every day for eight weeks and I could not feel anymore amazing!

Prior to starting this eight week challenge I tried out for the Victorian LFL training squad, something i wasn't to sure how i would go with but new it was something i wanted to do and was willing to put my all into it. With little experience in any kinda ball sport i managed to make it through the first cut!
I knew this wasn't going to be an easy journey and there was a lot of talent around me, which brings me to why I started this challenge. I wanted to get into the best shape possible, increase my strength and power but most of all my mental strength all of which i have done during my challenge a hundred times more then I imagined. It really has shown me that anything is possible when you put your mind to it as i have now made it into the final cut of the squad! something if you asked me eight weeks ago i was so unsure of, but now have no doubt in myself and where I'm going to take this. When you want something, go for it! Yor health has defiantly don't exactly that and helped thousands do the same! Its amazing to see everyone around me doing it too, with out the community Yor health has given me this would not have been possible. The support i have had has been incredible and so so so inspiring.

Since making the squad I started with two training sessions a week and i would fit in two to three times in the gym also doing weight sessions, a couple weeks in we changed to training three times a week and i would get myself in a gym whenever i had time possible to do so. studying full time and working a lot made it a a lot to fit in, but i always managed to have the energy which i loved because i new i was getting stronger mentally as well creating a mindset that turned any negative thought into a positive one, proving myself every time knowing that each day i really was becoming a better version of myself then i was the day before. I believe we all deserve this!

This challenge has not only helped me feel healthier and look fitter it has truly impacted my life and changed my outlook on it, I have now built the confidence and continue to gain knowledge to help and inspire those around me something I always wanted to do, I am now doing and it feels so rewarding. I love what I do, what I'm doing and what I'm going to do from this day forward and look forward to continue to inspire those around me on a larger scale and really make the impact i know i can and that my team and Yor Health has given me to do so
