I am a professional rugby league player for the Wigan Warriors in the UK and over my career I've taken a lot of supplements and used so many to help me with my performance/recovery/bulk/stripping etc a couple of my mates introduce me to Yor Health but I didn't buy into it at first. It took me a couple months but once I started seeing results from my mates I was like wow I wanted to jump on board and give it a go. I ordered my first business promoter set and took on the 8 week challenge. I was injured at the time tearing my calf muscle and I knew it was going to take some time to heal so I needed to stay healthy and try to stay fit and recover as quick as possible. So I started taking the products and I lost 5kgs from not running. I was very proud of myself. In the game of rugby league we train nearly everyday 5-6 days a week. I stayed on top of my yor products everyday and was clean eating most of the week. There were some days where I treated myself with some food but everyday I challenges myself to not only look good but feel good. I've finally started running today and it's been awesome at the moment. I want to be abit heavier just for the game that I play to protect myself but other then that it's been the best products I've tried in my whole entire career.

- In the morning I take probiotics/vitamins
I make my shake:

2 Scoops of Vanilla MRP
1 Sachet/Scoop of Yor Greens
2 Sachet/Scoop of Yor Fiber
1 Berry Blast
1 Banana
Tablespoon of Chia Seeds
2 Table Spoon of Museli
Water

Mix it all up and that's my 'Yor Breakkie'

(I have that every morning)

- I do my weights session carry my bottle of water everywhere with me

- Take the Yor Digest/Vitamins while having lunch

- I smash a Berry Blast before my field session mix it with ice and water

- After training I smash 4 Yor Repair tablets

- Have a snack mix nuts/fruits/sandwich

- Take the Yor Digest/Probiotics while having dinner

- If I'm hungry I'll eat a snack protein balls/MRP

- Take 2 Repairs before I sleep

That's my routine everyday of the week

On a Saturday or Sunday I treat myself with a nice gourmet takeout but I only choose the one day one meal :)

It's been a great experience and my body just feels absolutely awesome. I'm always hyped up feeling fit and healthy. My skin is smooth as butter haha overall this I must say has to be one of the best products in the world. I'm very passionate about the products and I've seen lots and lots of results from my family and friends. It's helped them a lot with there weight cause my family are big people and it drives me everyday to be better for myself but also to help others. This product has taught me to learn about my body and learn about what's missing in it. Definitely yor health has helped replace what was needed in my body for a long long long time. I feel fit and healthy can't wait to get back on the field. Peace
