I MADE IT!!!

In my humble opinion, I absolutely rocked this 8 week challenge. What a way to cut down and get in shape.

I went along with my normal life, clean eating, cutting back on a few soft drinks and sweets here and their and then BOOM!!! (not to say I didn't have a few slip up along the way)

I got reasonably noticeable abs in 8 weeks hahaha for those that know me; yes. You can read that in my cheesy 'info'mmercial voice.

These supplements were non invasive, they didn't interrupt any aspect of my life. They actually helped improve my mood, my training and my sleep. Which has created and even more positive outlook on life.
