First thing in the morning, I take my probiotic, 2 Yor Repair, and 1 Complete Burn. Then, I take the MRP (rotate chocolate and vanilla) usually mixed with Almond Milk on my way into work. If I drink vanilla, I usually put my super greens and fiber plus (Incredible hulk plus fiber). If I drink chocolate, I tend to mix in fiber plus, an organic banana, and a little bit of natural peanut butter--delicious! For lunch, I usually eat at least a salad and maybe a soup along with it. I will take a digest ultra plus 2 essential vitamins in the middle of my meal. I usually work out 5-6 times a week doing various workouts from cardio kickboxing, cardio and cycling, interval training, along with training for a half marathon--my saving grace lately has been drinking 8-12 oz of super greens and one complete burn about 15-30 minutes before my workout--also YOR repair has been clutch for my recovery. For dinner, I sometimes drink another MRP or have a small dinner with digest ultra and 2 essential vitamins again.

I have played competitive soccer basically all my life, even four years in college. After my last season was over, my body was exhausted and I took several months off. I gained probably 15-20 pounds after I finished playing and not exercising--I felt terrible. I was starting my new job and none of my clothes fit. I was devastated. Before my first day at my new job I had to go shopping to just buy some pants that would fit. That was my breaking point. I decided I needed to change something. I made the decision to start working out again and started taking several classes at our local YMCA. I wasn't seeing results, but I was constantly working out and not eating terribly either. Finally, I went to a taste party that one of my friends from college was hosting and this was when my life changed. It was the first time I had ever heard of Yor Health. That meant all new tests, diagnosis, etc. With a family history of just about everything you can think of high cholesterol, high blood pressure, hyperthyroidism, diabetes, various cancers, etc--you get the point--I expected the blood test results to show something. The doctor not only was pleased with my test results, she was IMPRESSED! I told her I was not only dieting and exercising, but that I was supplementing my diet. She told me to continue whatever I was doing and keep it up! I strongly believe that Yor Health is a huge reason why I am finally having results with my rigorous workouts and diet. My results just in 8 weeks have been tremendous! I have been wearing size 14 dress pants for about 10 months now and haven't seen any size progression until this challenge. In fact, I just tried on my size 10 dress pants last night, and they fit! The pants not only fit, but fit well enough to be comfortable to wear to work. I look and feel better than I have in months!! Although I am still not where I want to be goal wise, I am super excited about my progression so far! I can't wait for the next 8 week challenge!!!
