After being introduced to Yor Health I decided to start my 8 week challenge straight away!
my goal was to lose some belly fat and get a six pack.
I purchased the entrepreneur kit and used the full range of products as well as putting my mother on them. Being slightly sceptical at first I wanted to see if they would benefit people of all ages. I'm 21 and my mum is 56.
Starting my morning with a probiotics and a repair, then an hour later at work I had a delicious shake consisting of MRP, Super Greens, berry blast and a scoop of fibre plus. Within the first hour of my first day I was a believer!
Short term benefits I noticed where increased energy levels, better concentration and much more positive attitude! Being a mechanic by trade all of these factors greatly improved my work life and social life
I visited my mother the next week to see how she was feeling as we where both taking the full range daily. Mum was very sceptical at first as she already eats very healthy exercises regularly and didn't think she needed any "products." Much to her own surprise she had lost a kilo in this first week and told me, "My heads never felt clearer!" She was hooked!
By the end of the second week the fibre plus was really doing its job and I was taking two scoops with my shake in the morning. At this stage id dropped 2 kilo's and was starting to see my abs! My workouts in the gym where getting more intense and I started jogging twice a week.
HALF WAY!
At the half way point a month in, using the full range of products and training consistently 5-6 days a week at the gym. My diets never been better, mainly eating steamed vegetables, rice, chicken and the odd burger;)Starting to develop a four pack and getting more definition in all my muscles!
Checked up on my mum again, she's very happy with the products! Her favourite in particular is the super greens and she tells me her legs are toning up. She runs her own massage business and has started telling her clients about the products.
As I conclude this testimonial its been exactly 8 weeks! Iv trained hard, eaten clean, and followed my supplement guide. Without the help of the products I know I wouldn't look as good or feel as good as I do right now. My before and after photos and my weight loss far out surpassed what I thought was ever possible! My mother is also now a strong believer in the products and is continuing to use them.
