What an amazing 8 weeks! I can't believe the massive change not just physically but also mentally and I have all this to thank YOR Health for!
I have always been a fairly active person. I go to the gym often and play touch football most weeks. My diet was usually pretty good. I have also used supplements in the past however never really acheived what I wanted. I work a day job and always woke up in the morning feeling tired and just wanting to go back to sleep. I also felt lethargic throughout the day and as a result would sometimes skip out on going to the gym simply because I didn't have the energy. I also experienced bloating after eating. How things have changed!!
My brother had been involved with YOR Health and after noticing the big changes he was experiencing I was definitely interested to learn more. When he introduced the products to me I became very intruiged and read up a bit on them. It was very impressive and the concepts of how the products work was very interesting. I decided to jump on board as I was sick of constantly feeling tired, lethargic and not reaching the results I wanted.
When my products arrived I was very excited to get stuck into them. After just a few days I noticed an immediate increase in my energy levels. I couldn't believe how quickly the were begining to work!
After the first 2 weeks I noticed a massive increase in my energy levels. I was no longer waking up feeling like a zombie. I felt energised all day long and always felt motivated to go to the gym after work. Not only this but I also lost 3-4kg of digestive waste and was no longer experiencing any bloating. This was all just within the first 2 weeks so I was very excited to see what would happen in the weeks to come.
At the halfway mark I really started to notice a difference physically. I had dropped a bit of body fat and increased my muscle mass. I noticed around my stomach I was losing fat which was very exciting as this was one of the things I had struggled with in the past. My energy levels continued to increase dramatically and I was definitely noticing a difference on the touch footy field. I was definitely becoming fitter and the extra energy gave me that little extra boost. I was so pumped to get stuck into the next 4 weeks of the challenge!
After the final 4 weeks I felt like a new person! My energy levels increased further and I noticed my skin had started to clear up. I definitely noticed a difference on the touch footy field! I wouldn't become exhausted after just a few minutes and could compete to the best of my ability for the entire game which felt great as I could contribute to the team.
Simce completing my challenge I now have a new lease on life. My energy levels have sky rocketed, bloating is a thing of the past and I am in the best shape of my life. I have been getting a number of compliments from people as they have also noticed the difference. I can't thank YOR Health enough for this because without these products I never would have acheived these results. I am still blown away by how well these products worked in such a short period of time. I have been and will continue to recommend YOR Health to absolutely everyone because I want people to experience what I have. I am soo grateful to YOR Health as these products have truly changed my life for the better!
Below is when I took each product each day.
Upon waking: 1 x Berry Blast, 2 x scoops of Fiber and 1 x Supergreens.
Half and hour later with breakfast: 1 x Digest and 2 x Essential Vitamins.
Morning Tea: 2 x Esstial vitamins and 1 x Supergreens.
Lunch: 1 x Supergreen
Afternoon Tea: 1 x scoop MRP Protein.
After workout: 1 x scoop MRP Protein and 1 x repair.
Dinner: 2 x Esstial vitamins and 1 x Digest.
Before going to bed: 1 x repair and 1 x Probiotic
