Okay where do I start? It took me a while to get started on these products I was first introduced to the Yor Health product Range through a friend I work with at a Leisure Centre I work part time in. Someone who knows an abundant amount of information about healthy eating, diets and overall fitness. He is a body building champion and fitness instructor after all how could he not? So when he told me about how amazing these products were and that I should try them I kept saying naahh I m not interested I don’t like taking unnecessary things like that. But I started seeing all the results that other people were getting around me, other colleagues at work that had no hesitation of giving these products a try. So I thought I would give it a go! And BOY do I wish I had started this so much earlier!
At the beginning of the challenge you need to set your goal weight. I set one which I thought was achievable. I had gotten close to it before but had to work extremely hard at the gym and watch every little thing I ate. Within the first week of taking these products I was already at my goal weight!! I was honestly completely and utterly shocked at the results, and how fast it was all happening!
Fitness was always something I considered to be really important. I have always been involved in sport and used to swim competitively from a very young age. Once I stopped swimming I quickly realised that I could no longer eat the same amount of food I did when I was training full time. I quickly packed on the weight and ever since then have made a conscious decision to change and watch the way I eat. Not to say that I don’t enjoy the naughty desserts every now and then. But I definitely don’t consider myself to be an unhealthy eater. Starting full time work also played a big part in struggling to find motivation and time to continue a work out routine.
When starting the products I did not change my diet in any way, I did not count my calories or say no to a piece or several pieces of cake for example on my birthday which fell right in the middle of my challenge when I wanted something sweet. I wanted to try these products to see if they would help me in any way while still sticking to my usual routine. Which meant eating well but not missing out on the things I enjoy and getting to the gym atleast 3 times a week. The only thing that changed was complementing my usual routine with these products.
I started my day with a SuperGreens/fiber/Berry Blast shake, followed by either Oats in the morning or when I was running late and wanted an extra sleep in I would have a MRP chocolate shake ( which is my favourite) on the way to work in the car. This was so convenient and like I said allowed me to get an extra sleep in in the mornings and the best part is that it tastes so yummy!! I would then take 1 digestive and 2 multivitamins with my 2 biggest meals being Lunch and Dinner. I would normally have either a salad or wrap for lunch and whatever my mum was cooking for dinner! (The benefits of living at home) Before bed I would take 1 repair and 1 probiotic. Which allowed me to sleep all the way through the night then waking refreshed and ready to start my day!
Like I mentioned earlier I reached my goal weight very early on in my challenge which was amazing! I had my weigh and measure at my half way mark at 4 weeks. I not only reached my goal weight but I also lost ridiculous amounts of cm. That my PT is now also purchasing the products herself. She has seen me struggle to lose that little bit of weight and cm over the years. She was shocked but amazed!! She looked back through all my results since I started with her and It was discovered I am the smallest and lightest I have ever been and that was only the 4 week mark. I went from 82.5cm on my bust to 81cm, 69cm on my waist to 66.5cm, 50 cm on my thighs to 49cm and 90cm on my hips to 87cm. A total of 8cm lost all together. I never thought I could or would go under those initial results but as you can see I smashed my goal weight again and looking forward to getting my last weigh and measure of the challenge in a couple of days time.
Never in a million years did I think I could get results like I have. I am so much more motivated, I have increased my muscle tone and sculpted areas I wanted to target. I am in the best shape of my life and am determined to remain fit and healthy with the help of YOR Health products!
Clearly this stuff is magical and I’m loving not having to suck my little bloated belly in anymore. It’s just flat for once! And I love it!! And now I can’t wait to share it with all of my friends!
