So I've always had a big problem with my energy levels especially when it came to work and
my training regime. I always had a need to take pre-workouts, drink coffee etc to get the most
out of my day and my workouts. This type of lifestyle was taking its toll on my body as injuries
started to surface and I found it hard to recover from.
At the start of the year I had quite a bad lower back injury while I was doing some dead lifts
and that had put me out of commission for 2-3 months. It was never really the same, I was
able to regain some strength in my back but there was still some pain when it came to lifting
heavy.
