My name Alicia Jeffrey I'm a 22 year Melbournian girl from Victoria,Australia.


This was my second challenge and I can say yet again that these challenges are so awesome and rewarding!!!
To have completed a challenge all the way through again I can happily say that I am really proud of myself for sticking with it and not giving up and of course of the result I have achieved.
These challenges are definitely a learning experience not just for me to learn again about what my body can do but also what I had learnt off other from my last challenge with training techniques to finding new ways to use and cook with the products!!! (which I love).

I would say I have always love sport growing up it was always an important part of my life,I was always active a lot during school year but as I have found becoming older it tends to get harder to find the spare time to work out.I had never really done gym work purely to shape and tone before and it was something different that I found I enjoyed.I loved learning and improving a whole new skill set and remembering what my body can and can't handle. At times it was really hard working through the pain but in the end it is all worth it!!!
I am now becoming happier with my own body and what I look like, a great confidence booster.
Generally for me I would work out averagely three days a week fitting in with shift work
I wanted to try and just let the training flow, If I had the time I'd go if I couldn't I organize another time this challenge I wanted to be able to realistic with my gym and eating habits, which I can say I found a healthy balance that's working.


I generally used about four main products throughout my challenge berry blast,mrp,super-greens and digest eze.
I love my berry blast its that little kick of engery that helps me get through the struggle times(it's pink gold)love mixing super-greens with this or adding berry blast to nice warm tea!!
Chocolate Mrp I hadn't tried probably till this challenge and I enjoyed it tasted great and so easy to have around for snack great tasting drink which was good to also mix with the berry blast and super-greens for a drink and adding to my baking as flour for filling.
Digest Is a life saver for me.
some meal that I would always bloat and feel uncomfortable i'm able to enjoy without discomfort and with adding exercise and gym work my digestion system is a constant moving river everything working like clockwork and I receive the full benefit :)

My goal weight I decided to put as 62kg because last challenge I realized that I did loose weight but not what I had imagined that I get down to mostly because I had not realized that I had gain muscle which weights more than fat. So this challenged I wanted to gain more muscle than before. I managed to loose weight near 56 kg and at the end of 8 weeeks come back up to 58 kg which I am happy with :)

I love these challenges and what I go through each Time I enter one like finding a whole new me. I have the goal set and something to work for and it something that wouldn't work if these products weren't so dam good!
I really do urge anyone else out there wanting make a change for themselves wanting or needing to feel better and healthier to give this 8 week challenge a try.
You never know what you're capable of doing and how much power lies within you're own hands till you try :)
