Over the years, I would like to think I have been pretty active. I always loved to exercise or be out of the house doing something but at the same time, I have never had the energy to last throughout the day. This was causing me to have a really bad attitude and interfering with my personal relationship with my wife. I could never understand what was happening. I even went to the doctors to see if I was lacking something in my diet, but when they turned around and said that I may possibly have depression, I refused to believe that so I made some changes in my life that made a difference such as what I done for work. This didn't last long though, I started to spiral and get worse.
When I was introduced to yor health, I saw an opportunity that could help me and the way I feel. Through the first week, I didn't really feel any different but as the second week came around I started to notice my energy levels pick up and I was feeling lighter within myself. I also started to notice after a few weeks that my mood was a lot better, I wasn't as angry or didn't get agitated as easy. My relationship has improved dramatically and I just feel a lot happier all round. But my biggest improvement is my energy. Throughout this 8 week challenge, I had the energy to get to the gym twice a day and I really started to see the changes in my body that I was never able to get before. Never in my life did I think that I had the ability to get a six pack, but these product have given me what I needed to push myself that extra mile. I can not wait to see what the next challenge will do. I hope it inspires others to get out there and push themselves because it is in all of us.
