Hey everyone, my name is Calvin Lim. Every since I can remember, I've always been skinny or a hard gainer as they would call it in the bodybuilding world. Little did I know that my life would change for the better when I decided to join with Yor Health. I started the challenge at 162 pounds and my goal was to hit 170 pounds by 8 weeks. My final weight at the end of the challenge is 167. Even though I didn't hit my goal, I am satisfied with all the lean muscles I've sculpted. If it wasn't due to my food poisoning I had in week 4 of my challenge, I could've definitely seen more results. Going through this journey has taught me a lot about fitness, dieting, and lifestyle. Yor health has definitely made a difference to my life.

I remember when I was in high school, I was always athletic...but I was always skinny, leaving high school at 145 pounds. That was one of many motivations throughout the whole challenge. I wanted a change for better, so I took advantage of the opportunity that was presented to me. I expected it to be tough when I first got started but as I start to progress, but the rest is history. I first had to change my mindset. Being able to learn from up lines that has experience in business and nutrition is a blessing. Even before the challenge I stop my poor nutrition diet and started a clean diet. It was hard getting use to in the beginning, cause I was so comfortable with getting something fast as I would head to school or for lunch. After a month on the clean diet and taking the Yor Health supplements...I noticed a change in skin complexity, weight mass, and most of all energy. I've always dealt with lots of acne and breakouts due to stress and poor dieting. Once I cleaned up the diet and used the Yor Health supplements religiously, every month I can see a change in my skin. I can't go without them now. 1 scoop of Supergreens and vitamins in the morning and night, has changed my skin forever. Not only did the products did wonders on my skin but it also changed my fitness lifestyle. Like I said earlier, I was always athletic. So going to the gym and staying fit is a lifestyle. I go to the gym 6 days a week, 2 hours a day. The only problem was that I wasn't seeing results. No matter how much effort I put in the gym, I wouldn't see the results I wanted to. Then came the MRP, Complete Burn, Repair, Fiber, and Digestive Enzymes. After the first month supplementing my 6000 clean diet, I definitely believe in Yor Health. Combining the MRP, Complete Burn, and Repair...my body loves me and craves to workout and repair itself. The fiber and digestive enzymes have helped with my diet. With a 6000 calorie a lot of people don't no how hard it is for the body to break down food and absorb every single nutrient. My body was never accustomed to taking in a lot of food and with the digestive line for Yor Health, my body thanks me. Being able to absorb and see gains from the products has definitely change my lifestyle. I am definitely in the best shape of my life and a lot more confident in anything I do thanks to Yor Health and the great people I'm surrounded with. This is only a taste of what the journey beholds. The feeling of having set goals and achieving them is priceless. I can't wait to help others achieve their goals and bring happiness into their life.
