Well what can I say.... Oh my Goodness, Wow, Amazing, Astounded, Overjoyed & Extremely Happy!!!
Finding The Yor Health products & Challenge has truly turned my life around. I am amazed at the amount of energy I now have, even as a single mother of a 19 month old daughter that doesn't sleep through the night & working part time. Before finding the challenge I use to be so exhausted both physically & mentally, so I'm absolutely loving & welcoming the change. Another massive thing I've noticed is my skin. It's SO much better & clearer than before I started the challenge. I hardly need to wear makeup now to cover those unsightly spots & pigmentation. And I don't look as tired now!!!! Winning... I feel like the happiest person in the world right now, just look at my after pictures, I could stop smiling... Simply over the moon :)
Before starting The Yor Health Challenge I was a regular gym goer at 5 days a week, & I STILL was having troubles toning & was having NO luck loosing that unsightly baby belly. It wasn't for lack of trying either, believe me! Once on the challenge I kept up with my normal gym routine, but added a Saturday to the mix. After only one week of being on the challenge I found I had a lot more energy to push through those boundaries & workout harder, I also felt so much stronger. Starting on the second week, I was pumping it out in gym class, & I even had that much spare energy that I started doing 2 classes back to back. Without any drama, I simply felt amazing, like I could keep going forever... As the weeks went by, I noticed that more & more gym goers were coming up to me & saying that I'm looking really toned, & great... I'm positive I had the biggest smile on my face every time, and proceeded to tell them about Yor. Simply amazing, where do I start were there responses . There will definitely be a lot of people from my gym on the Yor Products & challenge...
My little concoction of Yor products...
In the beginning: I'd have my Probiotic straight up in the morning, then fruit. Get myself & my daughter ready & on the way into town I'd drink my MRP. Chocolate is definitely my favourite!!! I'd have a greens at morning tea with something light to eat & a digest, then lunch with a digest again & I'd have another greens again in the afternoon around 2pm... Berry blast at 4pm about half an hour before gym. After gym I'd have an MRP then home to have a light snack & digest about an hour or 2 before bed...
From the 4th week: I added 2 greens & a berry blast to my morning MRP. I didn't have the greens during the day now. And I added 2 greens to my MRP after the gym. Making my intake of greens to 4 a day. The difference amazing!!!!
When I was pregnant with my daughter, I had constant morning sickness, well ALL day sickness... Even after I had her good would make me sick, I really had to watch what I ate & when I ate it. It was really starting to bother & upset me that I constantly be sick from normal foods, so I went to the Doctor. He wasn't sure what was happening, & wanted to do a scope to see if they could find something. This really scared me, I didn't want to do that. I was talking to a friend about my issue one day & he suggested the Yor Products. I thought 'Hmmm, yeah ok, I'll try anything before I have to get the scope, I'm over being sick all the time & it holding me back'. By far the BEST decision I have EVER made in my life!! I am never turning back, it's on wards & upwards for this lady. I hold my head up high when I talk about the Yor products. Simply an amazing product & I truly thank the person who invented it. You are a God sent, thank you, thank you, thank you xx
