My daily routine with taking the Yor Health products would be, waking up and having a glass of water first thing with 1 probiotic and 1 repair.
Then its usually a rush to work, but I will always prepare a breakfast smoothie to take with me. This consisted of: 2 scoops Yor Vanilla MRP, 1 Supergreen stick, 1 Fibre stick, 500ml of water with a sprinkle of cinnamon and 3tbsp. of cold-pressed coconut oil. This would be in my bag and I'll drink it down within an hour at my desk at work.
1 digest ultra at lunch & another at dinner. In the last 2 weeks of the challenge i started to have another fibre at night & then would have another Repair ultra pill as I settled down to sleep. Throughout the whole day I tried to drink up to 3 litres of water.
Throughout my teens at school i had always had bad digestion. Not going to the bathroom for 3 days. I had always treated it as normal as some other girls would have this issue. I was never over weight or had any discomforts or allergies so I never thought anything of it. Then when i went to uni, the degree was demanding and required many all-nighters, which brought in bad eating habits, the need for coffee and eating on the go. My digestion had really worsened and my skin broke out in allergies and rashes. I never actually connected my poor digestion to my skin issues, until I was introduced to Yor Health.
The effect the products had on my digestion was almost immediate. I'd say after 1 week of taking the products I felt a great difference and I was on such a high.
I entered the challenge having taken Yor health products for over 6 months.
During this challenge I feel like a healthier person. I crave healthy food, recipes and enjoy educating myself on all the products.
My exercise routine during the challenge consisted of Yoga 3 times a week, vinyasa flow or Hatha. I'd also do home exercises like squats and push-ups.
In the last two weeks, I added night running in the park to my routine.
Im feeling really toned and feel like my skin has tightened up, perhaps from the combination of the repair and the exercise. I have actually gained weight during the challenge but in muscle, which was exciting for me as it was unexpected!
I also feel like I have this added energy in me. I avoided taking any Complete Burn or Berry Blast as my energy levels were already being sustained throughout the day and even until after work surprisingly. Sometimes I'd be looking forward to a lie-in on the weekends, but I'd wake up early naturally as my body recovered fast after the work outs and my digestion was really good.
I feel like the challenge has been great to enter in as it has helped to motivate me, but i feel like even though the challenge is over, I want to retain this routine and make it a lifestyle change. I entered the challenge as I was inspired by a fellow yor health rep who entered. I hope i can inspire my friends and family around me to enter and make a change in their health and life too.
