Yorhealth is different from anything else I've heard of. Never have I been apart of a challenge or company like this before so, I was nervous and unprepared. Still I was excited and ready to give it a try. Before I started this challenge my weight was 188 pounds now I'm 191 pounds. Muscle is what I packed on in 8 weeks and I'm very proud of myself. I fell short of my goal which is 192 pounds but, I gained more success over all.

For a short while I've been training on my own, intaking nothing but, food and eating pretty clean. The training was going well, I made some impressive gains but, as quickly as I made the gains I hit a wall. A couple of months went pass of me trying to add on more muscle but, was incapable of doing so. This lack of progress stomped on my motivation and left me lost. One day a workout mate, which is now a great friend introduced me to Yorhealth and the rest is history.

YOR Muscle Energy is also a new best friend of mines, it does exactly what the name say, gives my muscle the extra boost to reach maximum strength. At times after a full workout I felt like I could turn around and go back in that gym to do it all over again. The recovery time was a breeze thanks to YOR Muscle Energy and a combination of YOR Repair Ultra, which minimize all the soreness and pain in my body, and recuperated my muscles for the next workout. The Complete Burn and Berry Blast gave me lots of energy. These two products did not only prepare me for the gym physically and mentally but, also for a long day at work with no crash.

At snack time I didn't need to ponder on my selection of foods or shovel anything fattening in my mouth. The YOR Super green was convenient and fulling enough for me. YOR super green, YOR Digest Ultra, and YOR Probiotics are wonderful for regulating my immune system, all three together has a long lasting effect as well. Even though the YOR MRP helps with the regulation of my immunes system it best fits with the leaning of my muscles, especially in my arms. Unfortunately it tasted so good that I consumed it all faster then expected, I couldn't get enough.

The products were taken daily how could someone not take them daily. In the beginning of this challenge I slacked on taking the product and working out as well, solely because, I was scared I didn't have enough potential and hard work left to match the product. Slowly but, surely the products themselves gave me the drive to compete. So I started going to the gym 4 to 5 times a week compared to only 3 days a week from the start.
Now that I know what needs to be done I could do it. This challenge helped me realize that I have a higher gear, and with the right motivation I could reach it. The challenge and the product is motivation for me, and helped me to discover new motivation. I might not win this challenge but, I gained the most confidences and sure I will win the next one, no doubt. This challenge makes me feel like I could be the next persons motivation, and that I could start a chain reaction in hopes of making my community a healthier community.
