Hello YORHealth family.
I am 34 years old and I'm a mother 6 kids. Yes, I said it: MOTHER OF 6. My kids range from 2 years old to 14 years old. Being a mother for 6 kids has kept me me very busy day in and day out. I also work full time plus volunteer as a sports mom during sports season for my kids team, and another job duties a mom has. After having kids I struggled my weight gain and being un-healthy. With my busy life and running all over the place, I struggled keeping myself and my health in good shape. Plus with my age , I knew being halt hey was even more difficult. To make a change was a difficult step for me, but I started realizing that my negligent choices and unhealthy habits wasn't want to want anymore. I wanted to be able to enjoy and live life. I hated the feeling of being tired and having NO energy to partake in my kids activities anymore. I would rather take a quick nap then play a board game with my kids. Especially when I would fall a sleep in the middle of watching a movie with my kids. I realized that a change was needed quick but didn't know whee to start.
But when I was introduced to YORHealth. I saw an amazing opportunity to get healthy in 8 weeks and reach my goal. I joined the challenge and used all the available products minus the muscle building product.
At the beginning of my 8 week challenge. I weighed in at 128 lbs. and now ending at 112 lbs. My daily dosages was repair plus probiotics; breakfast was mrp, with fiber and super green; lunch was digestive ultra, complete burn and two vitamins and dinner was the same capsules as lunch.
My exercise was not a normal routine, I would squeeze in any running time with my kids. My kids cheered me on and remind me to get healthy. Which made me want to get healthy even more. So I couldn't give up. But as the weeks progress into week 4, I'd wake up about one hour early, before going to work; I would squeeze in 15 mins of light jogging to help my energy level for the day.
But my kids encouraging me on getting back to shape and being health was my biggest motivation. My kids and my next goal is to tone for "our" sculpt challenge..
