Hi my name is Chris. Being a serving member of the Australian Defence Force, health and fitness is a major priority for Defence and has been put pretty high on the list of requirements to join. I never really understood this to its full extent. Having enlisted as a Royal Australian Navy Clearance Diver I valued my health and fitness and assumed that my levels of both were at a point where I could just "coast" as I thought I was at a point where I didnt need to work on either. I was 85kgs of muscle and my strength was beyond the abilities of the "normal person", I was proud of where I had gotten my self to. Having majorly injured my self during my course where I fractured the Lumbar region of my back and was excused from the course never to return again, I hit a major low point in my life. I fell out of shape, my passion disipated, my attitude deminished and my overall abilities dissappeared. I was in a hole I thought I could never get out of. This had gone on for 2 and a half years, until when now one of my good mates and business partners Nathan introduced me to the YOR Health product line and 8 week body transformation challenge. It only took 1 video and I was hooked, I had to try it, I had nothing to lose, I needed to do something or my life was going nowhere. One of my major influences - Arnold Schwarzenegger said " Strength does not come from winning. Your struggles develop your strengths. When you go through hardships and decide not to surrender, that is strength." Starting my challenge, I weighed in at 68kgs(149.9Lbs). Seeing that number my heart sank. Being someone who prided him self on his fitness I had no idea how bad my head space had gotten. I purchased the YOR Entrepreneur pack and jumped straight into it, anyone who knows me, they know I don't do anything half asked. Seeing how much product I got I was exstatic. For 8 weeks I programmed myself into a regime with the product. Upon waking 0530am- 1x super shake (berry blast,fibre plus, super greens)taken with YOR pro-biotics. 0630am gym session. Post Workout- 1x YOR MRP taken with YOR Repair. Throughout the day with every meal I would take 1 x YOR Digest and 2x YOR Essential Vitamins. This routine became habit after only 1 week of commitment as I found that it was easy to develop the habit due to the taste of all products (mostly the supergreens/berry blast combo) Exercising 6 days a week leaving Sunday to rest, with the product, I found my self not only feeling better but my attitude and daily motivation increased out of sight. On those 6 days each week I set my self a goal to train twice a day for 45 mins incorporating all over body exercises. With the assistance from the YOR Repair this was not an issue to do. I set a goal for myself to increase muscle definition and strength, all my 1RMS have increased back to where they use to be. I am lifting, pressing, pushing, pulling and squating weight that I can be proud of! Weight that I know takes training and commitment and all in 8 WEEKS! 8 weeks ago I started this challenge not knowing what to expect, since finishing it, I have not and never will look back. One of the biggest things for me was that starting week 6 I came down with a cronic fever that had me hospitalised for 2 days expected 7 plus days. With the YOR Health products bringing my body back into balance and flushing my system I was discharged from the hospital and back on my feet in 48hrs! Proving to me that this product is what it is. What this challenge, the product and the company have done to not only my life but the people surrounding me is something that cannot be replaced. Having the body, fitness and health I once had long ago has seen my mental attitude, confidence, determination and psycological attributes all see dramatic improvement which has made life at home, the relationship with my Fiance and my friendships with my family all benefit more then you could ever know. I have now finished my 1ST Challenge and set a goal to reach 75kg, something that would be a battle for me. I have astonished myself and have managed to reach my final weight of 74.8kgs(164.9 Lbs) Even though I fell 200grams short there is no way in hell I am upset by this! Nothing can replace what YOR Health, the product and this challenge has done to me and my life. Thankyou YOR Health and everyone who surrounded me with courage, determintation and motivation.
