Before trying Yor Health I was very skeptical. I was no stranger to the world of hard training and supplements - but then I hit a plateau that I just couldn't seem to get out of - then it turned into weight gain which I topped the scales at 63kgs..after seeing the amazing results from a friend, I decided to take the plunge and purchase the products and enter the challenge.
Within the first few days of taking my supplements I immediately felt a change. I felt more energy and did not have any crashes during the day. My face cleared up and skin got radiant, and then soon enough I noticed the big changes in my physique.
I would always start my day with a Yor MRP shake, with Fibre Plus added and if im feeling fancy I would also add in some fruit! Delicious way to keep me going until having my Supergreens for my next snack. During my meals at Lunch and Dinner I made sure I took my Digest Ultra to make my meals digest nicely. Before my workouts in the Afternoons I would have my Berry Blast to give me a nice, clean explosive amount of energy, to help me push myself at training! I never felt tired and my body did not bloat as it had been for many many days on end previously. Before bedtime I would have another Yor MRP Shake then have my Probiotics Ultra with Repair Ultra - and to my shock, Repair Ultra helped me so much! I barely ever felt muscle soreness even when I did a ripper of a session!
I would workout 5 times a week - consisting of 3 weight sessions, and 2 cardio sessions - and it was just too easy to keep going when I had Berry Blast keeping my energised, and Repair Ultra helping my body recover quicker than ever!
This challenge has made me realise how unhealthy my digestive system was, and how these natural products can really help someone like me with what seemed a lazy bowel! My well being has improved, and so has my outlook on life and keeping myself motivated to be the best I can be.
So at the ned of the challenge I stand at 60kgs - might not seem like a big loss amount but I have gained a decent amount of muscle mass and shed the body fat to reveal my hard work!
After putting on 34kgs when I was pregnant with my first child, needless to say this challenge has definitely given me huge accomplishment to show that these products really do work and and help anyone!
