Wow, what an 8 weeks! I'll start by saying two things, one; I was one of the biggest skeptics prior to starting the challenge and two; I got sick in the second week and final week of my challenge so my results could possibly have been even greater.
I started the 8 week challenge at 92.5kg, this is a weight I had been stuck at for about 6 months. I struggle to get any bigger or to sculpt. My main goal for the 8 weeks was to gain lean muscle while carving away at unwanted body fat, and to be honest I wasn't sure if it would be possible over a two month period.
My training regime consisted of 6 or 7 day training weeks, 5 days in the gym with either 1 or 2 days pounding the pavement getting in a good session of cardio. For my days in the gym I targeted legs solely early in the week (Monday) and then from Tuesday to Thursday I would target two muscle groups per night. Back and triceps, shoulders and biceps, chest and abs. Then on Friday I would hit abs and legs again. I made sure I incorporated compound exercises in all my sessions mixed with an array of isolation exercises to help enhance my definition. Each session would last anywhere between 1 hour 15 mins to 1 hour 45 mins. At the end of every session I would finish with 10 mins cool down and 10 mins in the sauna to help my recovery. So was the 8 weeks easy? no, I trained harder then I ever have in my life, but the results were amazing as a result.
My dieting and supplements. For the first 6 weeks of the challenge I maintained a high carb high protein diet. I ate 6 times a day which consisted of good carbs in each meal coupled with a good lean meat providing my protein requirements. My meals weren't the boring same meal 6 times a day, I made sure I had variety. Some of my meals were: chicken cacatorrie, beef bolognaise, beef goulash, turkey bake, shepards pie, apricot chicken just to name a few. The final two weeks of the challenge aimed to shred away as much body fat as possible. I converted my diet to a low carb high protein diet, only consuming carbs before and after my work outs. My dieting was key to fuelling my body and providing the nutrients it required during training, and away from training to facilitate growth, repair and recovery. However, YOR health products gave me the additional digestive health to enable my body to make full use of the foods I was eating and this is where the difference was. My daily YOR Health supplement intake was broken down as follows:
Morning upon waking up: Probiotic, Repair, Supergreens, Fibre and Berry Blast

On top of the YOR Health supplements I was also taking a range of other products to support my intense training regime. These products included, a high quality protein supplement, creatine, BCAAs and fish oil.
I'm not going to say this was an easy 8 weeks thanks to the products I was taking. It was a lot of work but results never come easy. HOWEVER, I strongly believe without YOR Health products I would not have achieved what I did in the past 8 weeks. Not even close. As I said at the start of my testimony, I was one of the biggest skeptics prior to starting my challenge. I am not longer a skeptic and my results demonstrate why. It's scary to think what my results could have been with a full bill of health over the entire journey!!
After the 8 weeks I feel good and look much healthier. I never used to be a morning person, in fact I used to sleep in till 730 everday and still wake up lethargic. Now, I'm full of energy, up at 6 each day and ready to go. It's definitely been a life changing experience. THANK YOU YOUR HEALTH!!
