"My name is Emma and I have never been happy in myself. "This is why I joined up for Yor Health.

I weighed 73.6kg, and dropped very quickly down to 63kg I knew I could not go on living without energy for much longer. I also knew its around this weight when I rocket back to 70 plus kg I did not want to do this anymore.

I have always tried to lose weight and shape my body by eating less. I signed on with a gym and found myself going about 3 times a week. I really had to push myself to go and when I left I felt deflated and disappointed. There was to much negative going on for me to stick out a positive change in my life.

Then Yor Health came along. I went along to a Yor Health Party and found so many positive and happy energised people. I learnt so many things that night about my body and goals and attitude. I sign on for the sculpted package with my goals set and my attitude positive.

The first week was almost like a detox for my body. I could feel my insides start to kick into gear. It reminded me of a old car engine starting up after years in the garage.

My day started with a yor ultra repair and yor probiotic, and yor vitamins followed by a chocolate MRP made on water,ice, and half a banana(yummy). Morning tea would be a super greens with a V8 juice and water combo. Lunch for me is brown rice chicken and veg, with a yor digest and yor vitamins. I would have my berry blast before the gym as my afternoon tea. Then I would have my dinner, steamed fish or kangaroo steak with veg, and yor vitamins and yor digest. An hour before bed I would make up my MRP vanilla on water and ice. Then end the day by taking my yor repair.

I am shocked by how good I am feeling, with energy levels general mussel well being and my attitude is positive. Not only am I now happy to go to the gym 5 times a week and feel great in my efforts, I am finding I have a higher focus at work and achieve greater levels of output then I have ever done before.

I had very bad skin with random brake outs, this is no longer the case and even if I had a small spot on my skin I have found that it heals up so quickly. I have also dropped 3 dress sizes down from a 14 to a 8 and my current weight is 58.4 kg. I have never felt so free in my own body before, which makes me wonder how for can I go. My goals have not stopped here the just keep getting better.
