Losing weight is hard ask anyone who has tried but do you know what's harder? Having to re-lose weight that you gained back. My weight has been a constant battle for the last 10 years and binge eating has been something I have always drifted back to when I feel I don't have control over anything else. Although food has been there to comfort me it always left me with a lasting regret of weight I couldn't lose. Earlier this year I gained back a lot of weight by binging and fell into being a victim, I hated looking in the mirror and feeling like I had let myself down but I couldn't get out of it. All the feelings of lost confidence, frustration, guilt and anger consumed me because i knew how hard it was the first time and I promised myself I would never go back. how did I let myself get back here? And as much as I felt alone at that time I wasn't.
My friend Tim Nguyen got me into the 8 week challenge and back on track. The products are amazing and honestly I can't even think of going a day without it. Every morning I start my day with Probiotics, vitamins, complete burn and my super MRP+ Fiber Plus+ Super Green mix. The yorshake took all the guess work on how to eat right. It tasted so good and was so simple I could drink it on the way to work in the mornings and after my workouts.
