Hey my name is Mokoenga Tuaiti aka SMOKEY. I am only 22 years old and overweight. I grew up eating whatever whenever played rugby for a few years and just worked labouring jobs. I have always been a physical person but eating the wrong food and a lot of it was not a good thing. So I have always been a big guy and just kept getting bigger. Being so big it restricted myself from doing a lot of things. It also had it hard for me to find big size clothing and when I did find somewhere it would be expensive, so I finally got to the point of purchasing my clothing bigger than what I was because I was only getting bigger and could not afford to buy clothing over and over.
I'm so happy to be introduced to YOR health by my cousin, starting the 8 week challenge I knew I had to give it my all to be the change. Starting my challenge at 218kg was not a good thing but nothing what these products can help me with and what I wanted I knew I was in good hands.
The best part about these products is they taste great, for breakfast I would have a shake consisting of 3 scoops of MRP, 2 scoops of super greens, 1 scoop of fibre in about 450ml of water and 1 probiotic ultra. Lunch I would have something small light and healthy and I would have a digest ultra with my meal. Dinner was another shake which consist of 3 scoops of MRP and 1 scoop of fibre in about 450ml of water and that was my diet for 8 weeks and drink a lot of water. I was working out at least 3-4 days a week 1-2 hours each session. I would also try and get into the sauna atleast once a week. First week I was already feeling great, a lot more energy, especially my sleeping improved a lot no more waking up thru out the night and seeing results each day was great, I lost a total 31kgs in 8 weeks. I would love to thank my friends and family for the support thru out the 8 weeks and a massive thanks to YOR HEALTH. I can't wait to start my next 8week challenge and to be another 100pound club member, as this weight lose has made a huge change in my life I will no longer be getting bigger in the wrong way.
