Okay so I gained weight. My weight loss regime derailed at the 2.5 week mark when I ruptured a ligament in my left ankle, leaving me unable to exercise. I was ready to quit the challenge, embarrassed that I not only was doomed to fail at achieving my goal, but actually became worse off than I was before.
But then I remembered, the reason I started this challenge was to simply feel healthier. And I do feel healthier. I am proud I have taken a positive step towards better health. Just look at my before and after photos! When I compare them I see a difference in my skin's appearance as well as my muscle tone, particularly in my arms and even a bit in my tummy.
Before the challenge I was having terrible digestive issues and felt as though I was not able to extract the nutrients I needed from the foods I ate. I was taking up to 12 different supplement tablets a day to try and boost my energy, immunity and appearance.
I can now say that I no longer have to take all these additional supplements as the yor health products work together with the foods I already eat.
So how did I do it? The products I have been using include:

Repair ultra
It took about 2 weeks for my body to adjust to taking them, then I was surprised how quickly my skin cleared up, then I wasn't feeling the need to snack as often.
For me though, the star product has been the repair ultra. As I mentioned earlier, I suffer from significant digestive issues and this product is fantastic at very gently reducing the discomfort I used to feel particularly at bedtime when severe bloating and spasms would occur. Then when I hurt my ankle, I think this product definitely helped reduce my need for anti inflammatory products which in turn reduced my need for painkillers.
I look forward to joining the challenge again when I am better equipped to achieve my goal weight. But for now I will enjoy the repair process, getting a deep sleep every night, enjoying healthy meals and not having energy highs and lows as I once did.
