Hello, my name is Din Khim and I started the Challenge weighing in at 142 lbs, and my final weight at 142 lbs. I know what people are thinking and I thought it too, I weigh the same. My goal for this 8-Week Challenge was to run half a marathon (13 miles) and gain 3lbs. The goals contradict since running half a marathon would get someone to lose weight. And I did! I weighed myself half way through my challenge and I slim down to 139lbs. It was very disappointing and discouraging to move forward. I realized I needed to change my intake of calories and how I took the products.

My first 4 weeks of the challenge I would take 1 Repair Ultra, 1 Probiotics Ultra, 1 scoop of Supergreens every morning when I wake up and at night before bed. I would have 2 scoops of MRP twice a day. 6 tablets of vitamins total in a day; 2 tablets at breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I take 1 capsule of Digest Ultra before every meal even if it's just fruits. Before every workouts I would take 1 capsule of Complete Burn. I would go to the gym on weekdays and rest on weekends. My typical workout consist of running 1-2 miles before any weight training. I was able to lean down from this but it wasn't the results I wanted.

The last 4 weeks I made changes to how much MRP I took in a day. I started to have 2 scoops of MRP 4-5x a day! All of my running and workouts were the same. The end result was that I was able to gain back those 3 lbs I lost.

The products are amazing! My bowl movements are regular from using the Digest Ultra, Probiotics and Supergreens. My skin has improved from the Vitamins and Supergreens. With more intake of MRP in a day I was able to gain 3 lbs I've lost and build lean muscle. The Repair is amazing since I didn't have to struggle through soreness and feel discourage to workout the next day. The Complete Burn are great for workouts to have the energy to go the extra mile. I won't take credit away from the products but the Challenge itself was what kept me going during the times I felt like I couldn't. I wanted to WIN! I wanted to CHALLENGE myself! I wanted to the run 13 miles! I wanted to look lean and sexy! I wanted to prove to myself I could do it! It was the reason why I was able to get results. Because of the Challenge I've pushed myself to the limits and was able to accomplish my goal of running 13 miles and being in the best shape of my life!!
