Prior to the 8 Week Challenge, I weighed 107 lbs My Weight wasn't much of a problem. The problem was that I had an excessive amount of fat around my lower abdominal area. Everyone judge me because of the way I looked on the outside. Friends and family thought since I was small and skinny my health was perfect, but as you can see in my pictures, it wasn't as good as I wanted it. I always dreamed about having a nice toned up body, something like no regular female. Along with that I ended up having Digestive problems because of the unhealthy eating habit I was creating. Since I worked 12 hrs a day I really never had much time to eat correct meals. Fast food was my first option, since time didn't exist much in my schedule. I was introduce to the YOR Health Products,to be honest I was very skeptical about the products because I have seen people in my family that have tried everything to lose weight or to even stay healthy.
