When starting this challenge I tipped the scales at 79.9 kilos and today I am so proud of my accomplishment as I weighed in at 70.9.

Thanks to the YOR Best Body app I never missed my products starting each morning with my YOR Probiotic, YOR Berry Blast, YOR SuperGreens and YOR Fibre.

My day then consisted of 2 nutritious meals with my YOR Digest and 2 YOR Essential Vitamins each meal.

The convenience of the YOR Chocolate MRP shake was my savior and I must say I am in love. I feel this is what enabled me to stick to my eating plan without falling of the wagon as I felt I was getting a delicious treat everyday. Having such a hectic lifestyle the MRP shakes were amazing for me as it took the hassle out of meal planning when on the go.

SuperGreens were often my afternoon treat when feeling peckish.

Due to a serious shoulder injury the YOR Repair Ultra which I take morning and night has given me the ability to recommence activities that I loved and have not been able to do for over 12 months including YOGA, Boxing and Circuit training. I am now able to enjoy these activities weekly.

For years I have just been existing, always tired, lethargic and run down. I have 2 small children only 12 months apart and my husband and I run a plastering company which had started to cause us a great deal of stress due to industry problems. Within in the first week of the challenge combining these amazing products with a healthy eating plan and a light exercise routine I noticed a major change in my mood and energy levels. I was literally bouncing out of bed in the morning before my kids (5am) and bouncing through the day. By the end of the challenge I have lost 9kgs and regained my life!

I am now experiencing mental clarity like I hadn't in years! I was tackling stressful situations with our business without stressing! My husband who is the most typical "aussie tradie" you could ever meet saw the effects of these products and decided to give them a go too! I feel like we are finally LIVING and no longer merely existing.

The physical changes are gratifying but the most rewarding part of this challenge for me was that moment my 3 year old daughter looked at me and said, "Mummy you look beautiful without your big fat belly."

Getting into the best shape of my life and getting the body I thought was never going to happen is one of the best decisions I have made... Thank you YOR Health for making this possible.
