I am a flight attendant, and I travel a lot for work and business. I don’t have a lot of time to work out or eat the healthiest meals due to my busy schedule. This year I started traveling even more than before and adding in the eating out a lot, it was a bad equation. I felt my health was heading south and knew I needed to make changes. I was starting to store a little extra weight around my mid section and put on a few pounds. The honest truth is that starting to get better habits was tough for me. I slipped into bad habits and found myself always making excuses. Finally, I thought to myself, “I am 28 years old and I need to start taking care of my health now and continue a healthy lifestyle permanently, otherwise I will regret it later.” I was always an athlete for years growing up and I was always in great shape, so I felt like I would always be fit, the bad habits, and gaining weight wouldn’t happen to me. I heard about the 8 Week Challenge and decided to join for the sculpting category. I was so excited! I thought it was a great idea to help me commit to my health goals and become fit and healthy again. This was just what I needed.
For 8 weeks, I have worked out at least 4 times a week, in between flights, meetings, on hectic days, etc. no excuses! Also I started to prep my meals and just to make healthier choices, and always used my YOR Health products! I have at least 2 delicious YOR Shakes a day for calories’ control, 1 YOR Complete Burn before my work outs for an energy boost, 1 YOR Digest Ultra with each meal for a healthy digestion, and before bed I would have 1 YOR Probiotics Ultra for a healthy colon and 1 YOR Repair Ultra for my muscle & tissue recovery. Today, I am so happy with the results. I have lost 4 pounds of fat and have more lean muscles. I feel leaner, stronger and definitely healthier!
