Yor Best Body 8 week Challenge has completely turned my life, mindset and heart in a full 180 degrees!!!
I have NEVER felt this good, healthy and strong in my entire life!!!
Just to briefly touch on my background in regards to nutrition, I was brought up my whole life on lots of junk food & takeaways, rarely eating a stable nutritional home cooked meal.
At the age of 18, I served in the New Zealand Army as a Chef for 3 years, where i developed a sound level of fitness and my dietary nutrition had drastically improved. However, due to the continuous intense physical activity, I adopted a habit of excessive eating.
I left the Army in 2012 due to compassionate reasons as my father in law was diagnosed with Diverticulitis, an extremely painful inflammatory infection of pockets in the intestines, due to unhealthy and excessive eating habits.
Despite the fact of what my father in law was suffering from, my mind set had still remained in regards to my eating habits and eventuated to a point where i found the majority of my comfort in food.
Immediately after my compassionate discharge out of the Army, my husband and I were exceedingly blessed to find out we had a baby on the way. I allowed this to play a big influence on my mind however, and i reduced my training and participation in any physical activity until i became totally inactive, to a point where i had gained a whopping 35kg (80kg-115kg) in 9 months.
I now have two baby boys who are 11 months apart, my youngest boy Zion has just turned 8 months and my oldest boy Hone who is now 19 months. I delivered both of my boys through Cesarean (C-Section), which left behind loads of stubborn excess fat which was difficult to get rid of as it had made my core extremely weak.
Approximately two weeks after giving birth to my youngest boy Zion on 09/01/14, I was weighing in at 109kg. I had lost a lot of weight from breastfeeding, but I was still very unhealthy, with a very poor nutritional intake and eating habits, resulting in me feeling very lethargic and unmotivated to train on a day to day basis.
Yor Best Body 8 week Challenge has dramatically impacted my Life, everybody notices such a HUGE difference in my whole appearance and nature. I am so CONFIDENT and able to wear pretty dresses like I used to without being paranoid of any overhang.
I highly recommend the Slim Set to anybody who wants to shred off the excess baggage we all carry, I replaced 2 meals per day with the Slim Set, and it has helped me in a massive way to go from size 16 to size 12 in 8 weeks and I now train 6 days per week, doing high intensity cardio circuit training. WOOHOO!!!
