Growing up I was always skinny so I ate whatever I could and didn't discriminate the burgers, fried chicken, pizzas and especially chocolates! So I never thought of dieting or exercising until... I reached my mid 20s and everything started to slow down, I was gaining weight, feeling lethargic and getting sick ALL the time!
I started to try detoxes in the hopes that it would kick start a healthy lifestyle but it only lasted for the amount of days the detox regime recommended. Coz I could not say NO to my cravings. So whatever I had lost during the detox I would gain back on in a day or 2 and even doubling the amount I had lost. It's always been a frustrating battle between getting fit and my love for food.
Then I was introduced to Yor Health!! At first I just wanted to use it as another one of my many detoxes. But in the 1st week I felt a difference compared to all the other detoxes I had so much energy and my stomach wasn't getting as bloated as it used to and I wanted more!! So I decided to join the challenge to push me to become fit.
I started to exercise 2-3 times a week (compared watching people on TV exercise). I would get up have my supergreens mix (berry blast, fiber and go greens with 250ml or water). My breakfast would be an MRP, snack would be whatever, chocolate, fruit and yogurt or sometimes nothing. I'd have the digest ultra with all my main meals and before bed I'd have a repair ultra and a probiotic.
With the Yor Health products, it's helped me get healthier without completely sacrificing my love for food! It's given me the energy to want to exercise and do outdoor activities, it's boosted my immune system dramatically! I have not been sick once this winter which is a miracle!!! Anyone who knows me can tell you how much of a walking disease I was! I have reached my goal weight yet but losing 3kilos has gotten me one step closer to my goal weight!
