The 8 week challenge has really changed my life! Before I was overweight, had really bad digestion, didn't like to workout at all. This platform really allows me to make some major necessary changes in my life. I was always known as the "chubby" kid growing up an hated it but could never get rid of my gut and I never knew why. I got tired of being the "big kid" and de used with this challenge I would change an I wouldn't get made fun of anymore. I made a promise to myself that I would lose my gut.
To get to my transformation(so far, not done) I used every single Yor Health Product. I had 2 Yor Shakes a day, 1 to replace breakfast and one after every workout. I took a probiotic every morning on an empty stomach. I had 2 repair every night. I had a digest and 2 vitamins with every meal, 1 Supergreens mixed with fiber during workouts along with 2 complete burns. I had 1 berry blast a day usually after lunch to finish off the rest of the day and have great energy. With my work schedule and times I had available to workout these products made all the difference.
I worked out a minimum of 4 times a week. I followed a 3 day split, first day was chest an triceps. The second day was legs and shoulders. Third day was back and biceps. I usually had one day where I would do abs and every Saturday I did cardio. I also included 20 minutes of cardio before every workout. Complete burn really made a difference during my workout, I felt like I was pushing through limits I had on my self and I saw my strength speed and endurance increase dramatically each time I worked out. After dropping sweat with complete burn the Supergreens and fiber kept me hydrated. I can't forget the Yorshake after every workout that fed my super hungry muscles. With working out and changing my diet these products really affected my life.
I was someone who had really odd bowel movements maybe went to the bathroom once a day if I was lucky. My digestive track was awful I always got really tired after. I really noticed how the digestive line especially the digest ultra completely change that for me. I started to actually feel some energy free eating. I didn't go and sit in the bathroom for 25-30 minutes trying to push, I was in and out. That was amazing! It was so exhilarating and exciting to see myself get rid of my gut and go from hating working out to loving it and feel like I'm cheating if I don't go. I really can't express how much happiness this challenge has brought into my life. Next stop 6-pack! I can't wait for my next cycle!!!
