My Name is Victor Assedjian, I’m 26 years old from Brisbane, Australia. I’ve been a member of a gym since I was 21 and yet have never really seen the results I wanted. I tried blaming lack of time, bad diet, poor training, fatigue from work and the list goes on. I do admit I was sceptical of trying new whey protein and health supplements since I have virtually tried everything on the market, but I could see myself gaining weight and losing energy so was willing to give YOR health a try when a friend told me about it. Before the starting the 8 week challenge, I didn’t really know much about nutrition and calorie intake so I started reading recipes from health forums and websites and wrote a shopping list for each week and prepared meals in advance for lunches and dinner. I have now stopped wasting my time and money on lunches at work where in the past I used to run out to grab a quick greasy kebab or kfc takeaway.
